We're pleased to offer conference registration online along with the option to pay conference fees online by credit card.
All delegates must fill out the online form to register, part of which asks how you'd like to pay your conference fees: online or by cheque. If you don't want to pay online, simply follow the steps to complete the form (even though the last button says "Pay Online" it won't take you to the payment portal) and your registration will be complete.
Conference registration is due by May 2, 2025.
Please note: the online payment service accepts payments using VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard.
Can I pay by cheque?
Conference fees can be paid by cheque made out to the Minister of Finance. To pay in advance of arrival, mail the cheque to:
Attn: Laura Lodwich Legislative Assembly of PEI 197 Richmond Street PO Box 2000 Charlottetown, PEI C1A7N8
If you plan to pay upon arrival rather than online or by mail, please note that we can only accept payment by cheque. We don't have debit, credit, or cash payment options on site.
What are the 2025 conference fees?
The conference fee is $300 per delegate.
Where can I pay at the conference venue?
A registration desk will be set up in the main lobby of the Holman Grand Hotel for delegates to check in for the conference. Payment may be made here by cheque when picking up registration materials for the conference.
The registration desk will be open Monday, June 23, 2025, from 2:00pm-6:00pm. If you're arriving after this, we'll make arrangements with you to pick up your conference materials and collect your conference fees, if necessary.
What conference security should I be aware of?
Delegates will be issued ID badges at registration. Business sessions will take place in the Legislative Chamber in the Hon. George Coles Building, so everyone is required to visibly wear their badges while in the building for security reasons.
The badges will include contact information for the hosts as well as an outline of the conference agenda.
