What is the conference hotel?

The Holman Grand Hotel is located in downtown Charlottetown at 123 Grafton Street, about 15-20 minutes from the Charlottetown Airport.

Registration and the welcome reception will take place in the Holman Grand.

Full service valet parking is available at a daily rate of $20(+tax).

What is the booking deadline?

Reservations must be made by April 25, 2025, to ensure a room and the conference rate.

What is the conference room rate?

A block of rooms has been reserved at the following conference rate:

• $299/night, plus tax

Room rates are subject to a Tourism Accommodation Levy of 3%, and the total (including the levy) is subject to 15% HST. 

How do I book a room?

Reservations must be made directly with the hotel either by phone or online, and a credit card number is required. To book with the hotel:

• call 1-877-455-4726 and identify the group reservation number 175284, along with the dates of your stay; or 
• book online.
