Taking the Confederation Bridge?
The Confederation Bridge connects Cape Jourimain, New Brunswick, to the village of Borden-Carleton, PEI, and it takes about 15 minutes to drive its 13 kilometer length. Once you're on the Island, the Holman Grand Hotel is in the capital, Charlottetown, about a 50-minute drive on the TransCanada Highway, along PEI's central south shore.
Taking the ferry?
Northumberland Ferries runs between Caribou, Nova Scotia, and Wood Islands, PEI, and is 75 minutes of sailing. Once you land in Wood Islands, the Holman Grand Hotel is in the capital, Charlottetown, about a 50-minute drive on the TransCanada Highway along PEI's southeastern shore.
